Irritable bowel, SIBO, and digestive context

Are you collecting more diagnoses and forbidden foods while becoming less clear about what to do? You may have been told about irritable bowel syndrome, SIBO, IMO, or Helicobacter pylori. You may have followed treatments, removed foods, bought probiotics, or tried different diets, yet the symptoms continue. This workshop will help you bring order to digestive confusion, understand what may be behind your symptoms, and stop jumping from one solution to another without a clear strategy.

Is it for you?

This workshop may help if…

  • You have been diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome, but no one has really explained what it means.
  • You received treatment for SIBO and your symptoms have returned.
  • You have bloating, gas, pain, changes in bowel movements, nausea, or digestive discomfort even when tests appear normal.
  • You have tried so many supplements, diets, and remedies that you no longer know what helps or where to begin.

Content

What you will understand

Irritable bowel, SIBO, and IMO are not the same

You will understand what each diagnosis means, why two people with the same label can have different symptoms and needs, and why discomfort is real even without a clear lesion on testing.

Why symptoms can persist or return

We will look at intestinal movement, stomach function, previous infections, antibiotics, some surgeries, meal rhythms, and the nervous system.

Which tests can provide useful information

You will understand what SIBO, IMO, Helicobacter, intolerance, or inflammation tests can show, their limits, and why an isolated result does not always explain the whole problem.

You will not find a miracle diet or a universal supplement list. You will take away a map for organising diagnoses, mechanisms, and consequences, and recognising what may make sense to review first.

Who teaches the workshop

An integrative, contextual approach

I am Mahy, the person behind Oryzae. I take an integrative approach to health, bringing together nutrition, digestion, the nervous system, habits, and context.

I created this workshop after seeing many people accumulate symptoms, diagnoses, restrictions, and treatments while still not understanding how all the pieces fit together.
