Why the liver and gallbladder affect digestion
You will understand the role of bile in digesting fats and why symptoms attributed to the stomach may be part of a wider digestive context.
Online workshop
Do fats make you feel unwell, do you have difficult digestion, and have you recently felt tired or generally overloaded? You may feel heavy or uncomfortable after eating, as if digestion has stopped. You may think everything comes from the stomach, when the liver, bile, and gallbladder also play a direct role in digesting fats and maintaining balance. This workshop will help you understand their role and how to support their function without extreme cleanses or remedies used blindly.
Is it for you?
Content
You will understand the role of bile in digesting fats and why symptoms attributed to the stomach may be part of a wider digestive context.
We will look at the connection between liver function, the microbiota, intestinal transit, inflammation, and hormonal metabolism.
You will learn about the role of food, rest, movement, hydration, daily rhythm, and some natural supports.
This is not about ‘cleansing’ the liver with a quick fix. It is about understanding how it works and which changes may support a more balanced digestive and metabolic context.

Who teaches the workshop
I am Mahy, the person behind Oryzae. I take an integrative approach to health, bringing together nutrition, digestion, the nervous system, habits, and context.
I created this workshop after seeing many people who felt heavy after eating, tolerated fats poorly, felt tired, or experienced a general sense of overload without understanding the possible role of the liver, bile, and gallbladder.
